Stretching is an important part of keeping your body healthy. This class is aimed at making sure we have better posture, releasing tension and making sure we have a good range of motion in our joints. So if you want to get up out of bed in a morning and not feel stiff or want to bend down to pick something up off the floor with ease then this is the class for you.
You may find you love it so much you want to develop your flexibility and attend one of the other flexibility classes like the upper body stretch or lower body stretch.
