the splitsThis class lower body stretch class will help you to achieve front and middle splits, or if you have your splits to increase on that and work on over splits. As well as building flexibility, this class also aims to build strength and improve postures to compliment the flexibility.

This class is ideal for anyone who wants to develop their flexibility in these areas.
