This body conditioning class is perfect for anyone wanting to tone up and increase their fitness. You will be taken through a series of cardiovascular and strength exercises that can be as hard or as easy as you want as alternatives will be given depending on your fitness levels.
This is a full body workout so be prepared to ache the next day!

Body conditioning currently runs on a Thursday night between 6 & 7 pm at The Yoga Therapy Lounge. Please check the Timetable on their site for more info.
